what it says on the tin. i recently upgraded to windows 10, and can't seem to replicate my preferred behavior.
left (secondary) monitor, taskbar vertically on the right
right (primary) monitor, taskbar vertically on the left
to simulate them being together in the center. now, i can't figure out how to set only the secondary taskbar's location.
any advice is welcome!

To do this, make sure the taskbars aren't locked, then grab a free area on the taskbar with the mouse and drag it to the desired screen edge.
