FINALLY IT WORKS!! 4 PCI Cards later and finally I got it to work. I was thinking about getting a DVI splitter but since both of my monitors are analog this is not ideal (you need an analog and a digital monitor then the splitter works). As of this morning I was fed up and thought, what are the chances of getting the AIW AGP to work with the TNT2. So I asked a friend to pick one up for me. Ok, no celebration yet cause been there done that but the screen was offset. Ok, checked the display setting, figured that the TNT2 was running on standard driver. So I restarted the PC and made the TNT2 a primary in the bios then installed the windows driver for it (it was not detecting as secondary). After I made the changes and had the right driver installed, I went back into the bios and reset the AIW AGP to primary. Reboot the PC and to my surprise when I tried the TV tuner it came alive. So now all the bell and whistles of the AIW works. Mainly TV Tuner and DVD player. However, if you use an ATI PCI card as a secondary then you may also be able to watch DVD on either screen using the ATI DVD player. However, with the TNT2 you will need to use Power DVD or a third party DVD software. I am very happy with the solution becuase the TNT2 card was a better (I gained a card) and cheaper solutiong than if I had to hack a splitter or get a new display card with dual head + tv tuner. Now I can work and watch TV at the same time. 4 PCI video cards later (I have tried the AIW with the STB Nitro 3D, Cirrus logic, ATI Radeon 9200 SE which all were not able to work with the AIW properly and finally TNT2 is TEH WINNER!! By the way, I also heard/read the Matrox G (200/400) series will work well with the AIW. However, the TNT2 was a more accessible card since I can picked it up at the store for only $10 BRAND NEW and the Matrox was at least $15-$20 with shipping thru EBAY. Also, it is a fact that the TNT2 is a superiror 3D and comparable 2D product than that of the Matrox since it is a newer technology and has better driver supports up to this day. Most of the posting here in regards to the AIW was not so clear so here is my detailed 2 cents on the cards that I have used which did and did not work. I hope this helps those who are looking to multimon with AIW.
