I have a geforce 2 mx 400 card with 2 vga outputs and using nview. My taskbar stretches over 2 screens. I can not get it on one screen. It has worked with previous versions of Nview.
I tried ultramon, but ultramon doesn't recognize it as 2 screens, but as 1 big rectangular screen. So there is no option to select just one screen.
How can i get the taskbar on one screen?

You'll need to install at least the 28.32 drivers, and enable independent displays. See the FAQ for details.
