Hello,
Great product here. I installed on a Pentium Pro 200 mhz, 96 MB RAM, Win2000 Professional and am mirroring 2 monitors to run Windows Media Player for mp3s and visualizations. I have 2 diamond viper 330 vid cards. This seems to be running extremely slow, whereas running this without the mirror setup is fast. It looks to me like running the mirror is sucking up memory. Are there any suggestions for enhancing, correcting, or fine tuning performance? virtual memory? Thank you.
(I know the hardware isn't the fastest, but it runs extremely well without the mirror.)

It's the same on my system, dual P2-400 with TNT and TNT2 cards and Win2000. It is definitely not a memory issue, as I have plenty of memory left with 384 MB RAM.
To increase performance, try reducing color depth or lower display resolution. You can do this from UltraMon Mirror (Tools\Display Mode menu). The original display settings will be restored automatically when you exit UltraMon Mirror.
For one of the next releases, I'm going to do some testing with a Win2000 mirror driver. This is a more low-level approach than what I'm currently using, so if the bottleneck is in software, this should yield better performance.
