Everytime I try to set the XP screensaver to the UltraMon SCR, the preview works fine and everything, but after i click OK or APPLY and quit out of the display properties, and I try to get back in and check, the current SCR is set to "NONE". It remembers the other screensavers if i set it to another one, just not the UltraMon one. Any ideas?

No idea why this would happen, the UltraMon screen saver is a standard screen saver located in the Windows directory.
This happens even if you don't do anything else at all, just open Display Properties, select the UltraMon screen saver, quit and then open Display Properties again?

Yep, without doing anything. Just doesn't want to keep it. It boggles the mind.

Hmm, It works now. I screwed around with the Disable Secondary Monitor check. Its set at the same setting as before, but it works now.
Really weird...
Btw, Excellent Program.
