I know it goes away if you turn off "show border when hidden", but if you like that feature, and run a screensaver, I see the border at the bottom of my secondary screens when the screensaver is running. A minor issue. May have been posted already.

If you are using Windows 98/Me: please install this screen saver update and let me know if the taskbar gets hidden completely: umsaver_w9x_rc2.1.zip. To install the update, extract the ZIP to your Windows directory, usually C:\Windows.

Using UltraMon to run the screen saver should fix this problem.
To configure the screen saver, select Screen Saver > Configure from the UltraMon menu. Assign the screen saver of your choice to the primary monitor, and make sure that preview mode is unchecked.
This way, the screen saver will work as before, but UltraMon will make sure that no taskbars or other desktop toolbars are visible.
