Well, it worked for me.

I was having the same problems as alot of you. The taskbar wasn't showing the right monitors apps and they wern't dissapearing after I closed them.

This is what worked on my machine. Goto 'Options/Window Menu' and make sure 'add Move Window command' is checked. As soon as I did that and pressed 'OK' everything fell into place on the correct taskbar.

Another thing I noticed was that when the taskbar situation was all messed up, the icons in smart taskbar were very small and smooshed. And when I changed the setting, they came back to regular size.

Hope that helps some of you guys out there.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

There doesn't seem to be a direct link between the window menu commands and the Smart Taskbar problem, what happens is that UltraMon and the Smart Taskbar get restarted when one of the window menu or button settings is changed.

I guess you'll get the same effect when manually restarting UltraMon.

I'm going to take a closer look at the restart issue today.
