I have a the standard (non-shortcut) IE icon and a .lnk shortcut to IE on my Windows XP Pro (sp1) system (Gateway Solo 9550). I first tried putting the link icon on the secondary monitor, and leaving the non-shortcut icon on the primary monitor. But after every reboot, both icons end up back on the primary monitor. I tried reversing this (putting the lnk shortcut on the primary monitor and vice versa) but they both always end up on the primary monitor after a reboot. Any suggestions? It is a bit of a pain.

If both icons have the same name, UltraMon will restore both to the same position. The only workaround is to name them differently, adding a space at the end of the second icon would be enough.
