The previous and the actual version of UltraMon has a problem with positionating the UltraMon buttons. After a short time, they move to the right border of the window instead of leaving a gap for the system buttons. When just moving the entire window or minimize/maximaze (on maximized windows) will fix it for a while. Just some minutes later, the positions are wrong again.

These are two separate issues:
- for Outlook 2016 you'll need to set up custom button spacing via UltraMon Options > Compatibility
- with Firefox 62 the buttons are initially in the wrong position, until you move or resize the window (happens on Windows 7 and 8, not on 10). I'll look into this for the next release, as a workaround you could also set up custom button spacing, but if you then move/resize the window the buttons will be too far to the left
