If I've got mozilla mail placed on the second monitor with Smart Taskbar running the mozilla icon get's displayed correctly on the ST taskbar but as soon as I receive an e-mail, with the mail notification icon appearing in the system tray enabled, the mozilla icon on the taskbar gets placed on the main taskbar.
To correct it, the only way to do so is by dragging the mozilla window to the first monitor and back to the second again.

Works fine for me, here's how I tested:
Mozilla 1.3, Windows XP SP1. Mozilla Mail on monitor with UltraMon taskbar. E-mail gets downloaded automatically, I clicked on the system tray new mail icon to switch to the mail client.
Please let me know what version of Mozilla and Windows you are using, and if there's anything special that needs to be done to reproduce the problem.

It turned out to be a corrupt Mozilla mail database, it all seems to work fine now. :-)
