First a quick intro, I've not personally used ultramon, but one of my mates uses it for his set up, and I liek it.. especially the smart taskbar, that's the thing that's really selling it to me. However my mate is using ultramon in a win2k box, and mine is XP, and I love XP's "window gathering", I find it really quite useful. So does ultramon's smart taskbar support gathering?
