I've noticed this problem with all versions of UltraMon, but am just now getting around to reporting it. May be a known issue, but I didn't see it in the forum.
I use Yahoo Companion for central storage of my bookmarks. When IE is on the secondary monitor, selecting the Y! Bookmarks icon causes the bookmarks menu to appear on the primary monitor.
Not a major problem, but annoying.

This is a problem with the Yahoo toolbar (or IE), happens also if you don't have UltraMon running. I've also seen a few other applications that always show popup menus on the primary monitor...
