Hy there,
does UltraMon also work with a Dualhead-Card or is it only designed to work with different Graphic Adapters?

Depends on the drivers for the card: if Windows sees both monitors, UltraMon should work fine. If not, it will look to UltraMon like you have a single monitor system, so several features won't work.
There have also been problems with enabling/disabling the second monitor with Matrox G400 cards, don't know if this is an issue with Nvidia as well.
I suggest you give it a try, if you encounter any problems, let me know and I'll try to find a solution.
