In the next version of UltraMon, I was wondering if there would be a clock and or start button on the task bar on the second monitor. Also, if there would be a support for html files as the desktop through the Ultra Mon program.

A clock is planned for UltraMon 3, I'm also looking into support for a Start button but don't know yet if it can/will be added.
Currently I have no plans to add support for HTML desktop backgrounds. You can easily do this yourself though, see the FAQ for more on Active Desktop and HTML wallpapers.

The old Diamond video cards came with utility drivers that let you click anywhere on the desktop and the Start menu popped up, so it seems to be possible...
