This might happen if the Windows taskbar is on the mirror target monitor, the problem is that UltraMon may not be able to restore the position of the Windows taskbar when mirroring is stopped.
As a workaround, make sure the Windows taskbar is on the mirror source monitor.
For example, you want to mirror the primary monitor (monitor 1) on the secondary monitor (monitor 2):
- in mirroring settings, select monitor 2 and set it to mirror monitor 1
- move the Windows taskbar to monitor 1 if necessary
