Hi,
I just installed Ultramon 2.5 on my Longhorn 4074 system, with only minor issues.
Ultramon is an indispensible tool on any multimonitor system. Although Longhorn contains some enchanced multiple monitor tools in the OS, they are not nearly complete as Ultramon, and become disabled when not using the Sidebar feature.
As an MSDN legal user of Longhorn, I'll be using it on and off through the Beta process, and am available for testing of Ultramon on it.
I'm curious what other issues people are experiencing. I noticed that the buttons on the start menu on the secondary monitor are not drawn correctly, but that has been about it.

Does the Smart Taskbar work fine with your build?
I tested with the PDC build (4051), and task buttons didn't get removed from the Windows taskbar when moving an application to a different monitor.
