I created the gradient wallpaper for a triple monitor system, and it worked initially. If I play counter-strike by disabling the 2 secondary monitors, and then reenabling them 20 seconds later, alot of times the monitor to the right of my main monitor has everything moved over, as if my main desktop was extended. I think this is because the cs front end is all run in 640 x 480, but windows still thinks my main monitor is running in 1024 x 768 (default). When I enter a the actual 3d game, my resolution is again 1024 x 768, and the secondary monitor's stuff usually goes back to it's place. My problem is with the gradient html wallpaper. Once I disable and reenable the monitors, alot of times I can't get the gradients back, it just displays a black screen. I can't understand how this could be happening, because windows should just read the html file and apply it. Even after I quit counter-strike and try to change my wallpaper to another html file, it doesn't work, i just get a blank screen. If i change it to an html file with 3 jpg's then the jpg wallpaper is displayed perfectly, so it must be something with the gradients. Does anybody know what's going on and if there is anyway to fix it? If not, then I figured you might as well know about one of the bugs of this program, if it is one. It might just be a windows bug.

I tested this and had exactly the same problem, had to log off to get it working again. I then disabled/enabled secondary monitors several times, but it didn't happen again, gradients worked fine...

I'm using Win2000 SP1, IE 5.5, DirectX 8, 2x Nvidia cards (6.18 drivers), 1x 3Dlabs. Do you have a similar system?

I'll look into this, if you find out anything else please let me know.

Thanks for reporting the bug,
