My machine updated to SP2 on Windows XP and ever since then, when I restart the computer, the wallpaper disappears and I have to go into Ultramon and select what wallpaper has to be loaded before it appears again. Any thoughts

I can't reproduce this issue, works fine for me with XP SP2 and UltraMon 2.5.
After rebooting, is the original wallpaper still selected when you go to UltraMon menu > Wallpaper, or is (None) selected?

Default is still selected with the one I chose after restart. Thanks for getting back with me

Please take a look at Default.bmp in the My Documents\My Wallpapers folder.
Is the bitmap blank or does it still contain the images selected for the wallpaper?

Disregard. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it is now working after reboots. Thanks for your help
