After installing SP2, programs do not appear in the task bar after being minimized, so long as ultramon is running. If I close ultramon, they appear in the taskbar as usual. With ultramon running, when I click on the minimize button on applications, the application "fades down" as is the usual xp visual effect, but the application doesnt "fade down" to the task bar...it just seems to go somewhere else.

What version of UltraMon are you using? Works fine for me with UltraMon 2.5 and XP SP2.

Using Ultramon 2.5. After a couple of reboots, the problem seems to have disappeared.
