Is this possible? If UltraMon can't do it, anyone know another utility that can do this?

You can't disable the primary monitor (neither with UltraMon nor Windows), but what you could do is set the secondary monitor as primary, then disable the former primary monitor.
You could do this easily with an UltraMon display profile, UltraMon menu > Display Profiles.

I have my VGA out as primary and my TV-out as secondary. I try to switch them in UltraMon but it's impossible. Is it possible?

Please post the system information from the About dialog (UltraMon menu > About), setting the secondary monitor as primary might be disabled by the display driver.
Please note that changing the primary monitor is only supported by Windows 2000/XP and later, Windows 98/Me do not support this.

The problem is that the display driver prevents the secondary monitor from being set as primary (it is designated as being removable).
This is frequently the case on laptops. If you are using a desktop system, try if upgrading to newer display drivers fixes the problem.

Ich habe neulich beim Warten auf den Bus in Bern ein wenig auf meinem Handy gestöbert und bin auf eine Empfehlung für Schweizer Nutzer gestossen. Neugierig wie ich bin, habe ich das slotsdj casino ausprobiert. Was mir sofort gefiel, war die moderne Gestaltung und die grosse Auswahl an digitalen Slots. Es macht wirklich Laune, dort ein paar Runden zu drehen, da alles so flüssig funktioniert. Ich habe dort eine sehr gute Zeit und finde die Plattform ideal für zwischendurch, wenn man mal Lust auf Spannung hat.
