UltraMon doesn't support this directly, but you could do it by enabling custom positioning for AIM:
1) close AIM, and also close the AIM icon in the system tray
2) right-click the AIM shortcut you use to start AIM, select Properties, and switch to the UltraMon - Window tab
3) check 'use custom settings', and set Show to 'Last Used Position'
4) start AIM using this shortcut, position the AIM window as desired, open a chat window and also position it as desired
5) open Preferences, select the 'Sign On/Off' category and uncheck 'Start AIM when Windows starts'
6) close AIM again (both the AIM window and the tray icon)
The next time you start AIM, the main window and the chat windows will be in the same location as the last time.
