A client's computer with G450DH and two monitors running Ultramon 2.4 suddently began having trouble with the mouse cursor becoming stuck to one monitor. When first booted it resides on the left (primary) monitor, but can with no apparent reason jump to the other and become stuck there.
She's running Matrox driver package 5.86 for XP, and I had her upgrade to UM v2.5 to no avail. The mouse is a Logitech cordless (unknown driver), but connecting a MS wired mouse didn't help.

Please check if the monitors are arranged correctly (UltraMon menu > Display Settings).
The layout needs to match the physical monitor arrangement, otherwise the mouse can't be moved from left to right across the whole desktop.
