When I move Real player to the secondary monitor, the vedio just goes blank. Is there any way to fix it?
Also, I cannot move the icq window to the secondary monitor also.

This would need to be fixed in the Real player, UltraMon won't help with this.
If the videos aren't in Real format, you could play them with Windows Media Player, which can be moved between monitors without problems.
ICQ can only be moved via hotkey, you can create a Move Window hotkey under UltraMon Options > Hotkeys.
Please note that once the ICQ window has been moved to the secondary monitor, you shouldn't move or resize it with the mouse, otherwise it gets moved back to the primary monitor.
