When you save a document to the desktop, windows always puts the new icon for that item starting at the upper left corner of the display. I'd like all new items to be added at the lower right... Is something like this even possible, with Ultramon or not?

UltraMon doesn't support this, I also don't know if this could be configured in Windows (via TweakUI or a similar application).
