I'm currently using dual monitors and an NVidia MX4000. The problem I have is that when my Windows XP Pro first boots up, it shows the UltraMon's wallpaper at first, then after a minute once all of my services load in the tray, my wall paper re-verts to the one my Windows XP had set.
A second problem is after coming back out of the screen saver state either a real screen saver or a preview (using the UltraMon's screen saver options), my wall paper reverts itself again, back to the ones I had set for Windows XP.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Erick.

PS. I just found out that this happens when I exit a full screen program also.

Most likely some other application which also manages the desktop wallpaper is running as well, for example Webshots or the Nvidia nView Desktop Manager.
Disabling this application should fix the problem.

Thank you very much, that solved the problem, I had the Nvidia Desktop Manager enabled.
