I'm running UltraMon on a laptop system with a second LCD connected to the base station. Whenever I undock UltraMon moves everything to the laptop display, which is fine. However, Avant Browser refuses to maximize or minimize. Nothing happens when the minimize/maximize buttons are clicked. The right-click menu on the start bar also doesn't work. Sometimes it will also refuse to exit and I must kill it using the task manager.
Any idea what's causing this?

This seems to be an issue with Avant Browser, the maximize button no longer works if a monitor has been disabled or enabled.
This also happens if UltraMon isn't running. To reproduce the issue, close UltraMon, start Avant Browser, then open Windows Display Properties and disable the secondary monitor on the Settings tab (uncheck 'Extend my desktop...').
I tested with UltraMon 2.6 and Avant Browser 10.0 Build 168 on Windows XP SP2.
