I am unable to drag windows off of screen while ultramon is running. This is annoying for some programs. I cant even move stuff off the edge 1 pixel. How can I turn this annoying 'feature' off?

Are you using mirroring? When mirroring is active, UltraMon will prevent windows from getting moved off the desktop.
If mirroring isn't active, UltraMon does not restrict window movement.
