There is a command in Windows for minimize 'all applications'. (ctrl-esc then alt-m)
With ultramon running, only my main desktop minimizes, while the other monitors appear to ignore the command.
Is this as designed? Is there a work around. Obviously it's not the most popular short cut, but it's commonly used on this end as an alternative to the poorly implemented 'display desktop' command.
This is in Windows XP SP2.

Appears to be related to the smart taskbar and Windows only minimizing the items on the main taskbar. With ultramon on and smarttaskbar off, the functionaltiy works fine. When it's on, I'm assuming that Windows is horking up since it doesn't see the Tasks on it's main taskbar.
Hrm.. wonder if there is a fix?

That's correct, WIN+M only minimizes the tasks which are on the Windows taskbar.
As a workaround, you could use WIN+D (Show Desktop) instead.

Chris, are you fixing the Win+M for secondary monitor in your current beta versions ? thanks Talbot.

Unfortunately this can't be fixed in UltraMon, the problem is that WIN+M only minimizes tasks which are on the Windows taskbar.
What I'm planning to do is to provide additional UltraMon hotkeys for minimizing all applications or only the applications on a specific monitor.
