I would like to enable screensaver on only 1 monitor. I tried to select none for 2nd, but it went blank anyway.

I would also like the power management options to put the 1st monitor in sleep mode to save more energy.

Thanks for your suggestions, will be considered for UltraMon 3.
If you don't mind manually starting the screen saver, you could use the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on to run a screen saver on only a single monitor.

I may be missing the feature, but is/would it be possible to use two Dell 2005FPW wide screen monitors with one being in Landscape and the other in Portrait mode?

This will work fine with UltraMon, but UltraMon itself can't pivot the monitors, you would need to do this via the display driver software or with Pivot Pro.
