Well I think the title explains my question...:P
But to clear it up: For example I open MSN on monitor 1 then the taskbar on monitor 2 shows it. When i move it do monitor 2 the taskbar on monitor 1 show it... How can is solve this? I know I can switch the taskbars, but I want the clock en start menu on monitor 1, so thats not an option.
