I got a small bug, which get a bit on my nerves *g*.
If you want to throw a window to the other monitor, that means klick on the title bar, move it to the other side and stop klicking, the move-cursor will not disappear until I restart windows. Same if I klick on the title bar and move the window around on the same monitor, or try to throw the window to the other monitor with the mouse.

Do you have video card software such as the Nvidia nView Desktop Manager or ATI HydraVision enabled?
If yes, please try if disabling the software fixes the problem.

Maybe it's a conflict between UltraMon and Nvidia's feature for moving maximized windows with the mouse.
If you would like to continue using the nView Desktop Manager, try if disabling the option 'enable moving of maximized windows using the mouse' under UltraMon Options > General fixes the problem.
