Forums -> UltraMon™ -> Registration code not accepted

Hi!

I downloaded a trial version two months ago and loved it. I got busy and did not get to registering it so uninstalled it. I missed it so much I reinstalled it a couple of weeks ago and today paid and got a registration code. I then tried to enter the registration code and it was not accepted. I then turned off my Norton 2006 antivirus and still no luck. I then did an unistall and downloaded a new version. This was then installed with the antivirus off and the registration code was stll not accepted but the trial counter was returned to 30 days.

I did send my regisrtation code to support.

Make sure you have entered the correct name in the 'Registered to' field, the registration code is linked to the name.

I have cleared the registered to field and re entered my name and code but is is still not accepted.

When viewing the registration screen I still see zero's and an expirary counter.

If it says 'Registered to <your name>' just above the Enter Registration Code button, the software was registered successfully.

If you click on the Enter Registration Code button again, the registration code field will be zeroed out again, but this is by design.
