I've noticed on my laptop sometimes I put it into standby, disconnect from the external monitor and then later restart it... and it still thinks it has a secondary monitor until I go and disable it via the systray icon

If you restart UltraMon after resuming from standby, does it still show the secondary monitor as enabled in UltraMon menu > Display Settings?
