Thanks for Ultramon, very nice soft indeed.
I've been experiencing a little problem which I cannot get rid of: when a word document contains some pictures, scrolling the doc up and down will hide the pics (they become blank). Only way to get them back is to print preview for instance. Scroll again, and pics disappear again.. Very annoying. Any clue?
Forum: would be nice to have a search by keyword so as to be able to see if topic has been discussed before.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, I tested with UltraMon 2.6, Word 2003 on Windows XP SP2, document used for testing was MP_issues.doc from Microsoft.
The document has pictures on pages 3 and 5.
Please note that you initially won't see the pictures if you scroll through the document by dragging the scrollbar, you'll need to stop scrolling, the picture will then get shown, and will remain visible if you scroll to that portion of the document again later.
This seems to be how Word works, also happens without UltraMon running.

Hi Christian. It doesn't happen all the time indeed, and I haven't been able to find out if there's a recurrent situation (other softs opened, ...) when it happens.
But when the problem arises the picture doesn't reappear unless you tickle it a bit... Not the computer, MS Word! ;-)

My guess would be that this isn't related to UltraMon.
If you want to do further troubleshooting, try disabling UltraMon for a couple of days and check if you still have the problem.

I have experienced thi with both Word 2000 and 2007, and in both cases it has been fairly intermittant. similarly, tweaking the image or print preview restores the view. i tried running without ultramon but the problem persisted.

In Office XP I have the same problem.
1st started as a scroll disappearance. The probelm was fixed by simply moving the Document window off the creen and then back. Wholla refreshed. Random occurence.
2nd the problem got more persistant unitl it happens ALL the time.
Now I cant even get the "off screen refresh" and can only see the images when I shoose print preview.
