I see a few people talking about RDP and blank screens. I have the same issue. I love this program, but I must be able to connect via RDP when I'm away from my PC.

Is the screen completely blank when you connect remotely, not even the desktop background is visible?
Does the problem go away if you uninstall UltraMon on the remote system?

Yes to both. I'd love to buy this product, but I spend half my time on the machine via RDP. If this can be fixed, I'll buy it immidiately..

One thing you could try is to install UltraMon without the mirroring feature.
To do this, deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation page of the setup.
Unfortunately I don't know yet what might cause this, I've had a couple of similar reports but have never been able to reproduce the issue.
