Is anyone successfully using UltraMon with GOTOMYPC ? I am only seeing about two thirds of the primary monitor on the host computer, and the icons are all jumbled up.
Thanks for any advice offered.

Is UltraMon running on both the local and remote systems? Does the problem go away if you uninstall UltraMon on the remote or local system?

The host computer (Law Office)has UltraMon installed on a two monitor system, while the remote computer (Home Office) has a single monitor. When accessing the host from the remote I can only see about two-thirds of the screen. I have not tried to access the host with the second monitor disabled, so maybe I should try that. Just installed UltraMon this morning, so I'm still experimenting.

My guess would be that this isn't related to UltraMon, but uninstalling UltraMon would certainly be worth a try.
Please note that UltraMon won't enable remote access to both monitors, this would need to be supported by the remote access software directly.

I use ultramon with gotomypc no problems. When your connected remotely you can either expand the gotomypc windows accross multiple monitors or if you just have a single on the remote location there is an arrow on each side of the window that lets you switch which monitor you are viewing.
