My normal configuration of UltraMon is to expand my desktop across two monitors. However, sometimes I'm doing demos from my machine and it would be great if I could quickly switch to mirroring mode so that both monitors are showing the same thing.
I can do this by selecting Mirroring - Start from the UltraMon menu but it would be great if I could configure a keyboard shortcut or a clickable icon that would switch me back and forth quickly.
Any ideas?

You could do this with the ToggleMirroring script.
To run the script via hotkey, go to UltraMon Options > Hotkeys and create a new 'Run application or script' hotkey which runs the ToggleMirroring script.
