well after i installed the trial version on Win x64 the program worked just fine. after the restart of the comp, my OS was not able to find any graphic card (geforce series 7) and after reinstalling the drivers and several reboot i solved the problem. of course i have uninstalled in the meantime ultramon.
did anyone else experienced the same problem?

This seems to be a compatibility issue with UltraMon's mirroring feature and some video card driver versions.
Removing the mirroring feature will fix the problem. To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation screen.
