On Vista, apps often show up on both the Vista task bar and the UltraMon task bar after they've "locked" for a few seconds. The previous version had "Refresh" which fixed this. Is it possible to get this button back?

If you do bring it back, please add it somewhere on the tray icon's menu. Right now, it's almost impossible to bring up the smart taskbar's context menu if that taskbar is full of programs.
I agree the most important goal is to make manual "refresh" unnecessary. 3.0b1 gets us almost there. If I can find repro steps for the few times I've seen it error, I will let you know.
