I used Ultramon for a really long time, and I love it. But one of my two monitors was really old and it finally died, and now I only have one. That's fine, I deal with it. But the thing is, now when I load up "Spybot:search and destroy" or like instant messenger windows, or just anything that I had previously drug over to the other screen... well the computer still thinks its on the other screen, even though the second screen is not there anymore. And there is no way to get it back on my main screen. I tried uninstaling and everyting, but it didn't work. Could somebody help me?

Make sure the second monitor is disabled in Control Panel > Display > Settings. To disable it, uncheck the 'Extend my Windows desktop...' option.
