Before using UltraMon I used ATI Hydravision which allows to make any window stay always on top. So I would like to ask if is possible to implement that feature, eg as a item in Window System Menu / Taskbar Context Menu or as a additional button at the Window Title Bar (like UltraMon Buttons)

I second that motion. I was trying out Actual Windows Manager and liked that feature. But that program messed up my toolbars in my CAD program. I like UltraMon better so far.
