IS there a way to make it so only one of my 2 cards are being used when a screen saver comes on? I have noticed there are screen savers that cant handle running across multiple video cards.

Not via UltraMon, but if you select a screen saver without multi-monitor support in Display Properties > Screen Saver it will only run on the primary monitor.
