I installed Ultramon 3.0 Beta 1 earlier this week on Windows XP. (This is the first version on Ultramon that has been installed on this pc).
It has crashed on three separate occassions when sending emails from outlook express (but has been stable at all other times).
The error dialog shows:

Last error: 1402
I can use the Task Manager to kill ultramon.exe and then re-launch it, without any adverse effects.

This issue should be fixed in the next release, unfortunately there is no workaround for this, except restarting UltraMon or the Smart Taskbar.
You can also close UltraMon by right-clicking the UltraMon icon in the system tray and selecting Close from the menu.
