I like the cool feature of being able to have a taskbar on my secondary monitor. Might I suggest that the context-sensitive (right-click) menu include window layout options that are found in the context-sensitive menu of the actual Windows taskbar: Cascade, Tile Horiz, Tile Vert, and Minimize all windows.

Further thought on the matter: I think that it would be smart if the window layout options only affected the monitor where the UltraMon taskbar is. If people want to affect all monitors, they can use the commands from the Windows taskbar. Currently, this is a drawback of multiple monitors with Windows.
