I'm using XP Pro and in smart mode for UM.
The error happened as I was sending an email on the second monitor. The taskbar on that one froze, and after clicking OK on the rror screen, that taskbar vanished, but the few apps running on the second monitor didn't appear on the primary taskbar, until I focussed each.
No issues with memory or ersources.

I have been getting lots errors like this during various tasks, I'm running Vista Ultimate & ultramon 3.0 beta1. Closing ultramon and reopening it seems to work, the apps show up on the correct task bar again.
