I have a quick question about licensing. I own a single Ultramon licence and am the only user of it. I currently have Ultramon installed on my personal desktop computer at home, and my company laptop. The laptop and all software on it is owned by my company, but I am the only person who uses my laptop, and I installed Ultramon while logged into my Windows account, which only I can access.
Does this count as acceptable usage under a single-person licence? My work's IT Support are concerned that this is illegal usage of the licence as it doesn't specify anything regarding corporate licensing, and want me to uninstall it unless I can be absolutely certain that this usage can't get them into trouble.
If someone could confirm Realtime Soft's official position on this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks.

This is fine, you only need a single license to use the software both at home and at work, provided that you are the only user of the software.

Hi Christian, thanks for the quick reply. I've now been advised by IT Support that they could allow anyone at the company to use my computer in an emergency. In this circumstance, UltraMon would be running in the background, but they are very unlikely to be aware it's even there, much less actively use it.
Is this a problem?

That's okay if the system is usually used by you.
