I looked through the forum and didn't see this particular error elsewhere.

This error has occurred every time I have tried to launch the program since the initial install. I have also done several uninstall/reinstalls with the same results. Note that the same error shows up twice with each launch of the program.
My system:
Vista 32bit
30" HP LP3065 + 20" Dell 2007FP
8800GTS

You would get this error if your user account doesn't have at least read access to the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Realtime Soft\UltraMon'.
To fix this, run regedit.exe, right-click the key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Realtime Soft\UltraMon', select Permissions from the menu, then give your user account read permissions for the key.
