Vista x64
Ultramon 3.0.1

I am getting extra buttons on the taskbar.

1. From Outlook the two buttons that Ultramon adds are floting on the other monitor and sometimes they have their own taskbar button. If I use them they correct themselves and go back to the Outlook title bar.

2. I have some floating toolbars from a CAD application that intermittently have a taskbar button. If I close the program they go away and at some point while using the program I notice they are back. They don't appear when the app starts, just at some point while I am using it.

Please install the Smart Taskbar update, this should fix the problem.

I am now getting floating taskbars. I am using Ultramon 3.0.1. I don't know what version of Smart Taskbar I am using. What should I do to get rid of the "floaters"?

Sorry, I meant taskbar buttons that are called "Floating 'something'. I use XP Home 32-bit.

The update mentioned above needs to be installed on top of 3.0.1.

I did the install, and it seems to have helped. Thanks!

Christian;
This quick fix seems to be doing the trick for me at least in most instances. However I was wondering if the exe has to be run anytime I reboot my system. At least that seems to be the case for me. If so, any chance to include this in a new beta version soon?

Thanks!

You'll need to copy the updated UltraMonTaskbar.exe to your UltraMon installation folder, usually C:\Program Files\UltraMon, this will replace the original version of the file.
