This seems to have happened either before or during TM switching the second monitor support off when I've used Remote Desktop to access my PC.
The error window parked up on the secondary monitor, so I have only seen it now.
What is interesting here is that the TM icon in systray has stayed with the 'two mons' instead of switching to the single one which it normally does.
