I have binded a key to move my mouse to the second monitor. But when i move my mouse to the edge of the screen it goes onto the second monitor, this is really annoying because i accidently do it.
How can i just make it so i can only use my binded key to move to the other monitor?

UltraMon doesn't support this. You could lock the mouse to the primary monitor using a hotkey, but could then no longer move it to the other monitor until you unlock the mouse.

I tried locking the mouse to the monitor but it lets me move the mouse to about 1cm onto the next monitor still.

It would be kind of cool if Ultramon supported the "bump" feature of Synergy. If you move the mouse to the edge of the screen it will stay on the monitor you're on. To move the mouse from one screen to another you must first bump the mouse against the edge of the screen, bring it back slightly, then it will travel to the next monitor.
It's a nifty feature that keeps you from accidentally overshooting controls (like scrollbars) that are on the edge of the screen, but still allows you to get from monitor to monitor with ease.

Bidybag, try setting a margin for the hotkey. There is no complete fix for this though.
Michael, thanks for the suggestion, will be considered for a future release.

I tried that but then it adds a margin to each side of the screen. I only want the margin on the side the other monitor is.
I also have another problem , when im in a game i cannot move over to the other monitor. I have to minimize my game to get to the other monitor.

Currently that's not supported.
Regarding games: UltraMon can't help with this. What you could do is run the game in windowed mode if available, you can then move the mouse out of the game and to the other monitor.

Is there any software that allows you to do it without running the game in windowed mode because not all games have this. Or is this impossible?

Not possible. Your game control the way your mouse behaves, that's what game developers do. Imagine playing an FPS game, how could you move your crosshair to the side of the screen?

For games that dont have windowed mode, is there an application that can put games into a windowed mode?
